5. Returns & Refunds

① Return Policy

  • Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Exclusions: Custom parts, software-activated items, and clearance sale products are final sale.

② Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
