This is a dual-purpose puller / tool.

Easily removes stuck / seized battery terminals.

Tighten the knurled cone to force jaws under the cable clamp.

Turn the center screw to lift the clamp off the terminal.

Also removes bolted-on windscreen wiper arms that fit over a tapered spline.

The puller screw pad is designed to fit the top of the spline post for easy pulling.Great time saver
