Removal Guideline
Caution: Damage to the vehicle and air suspension system can be incurred if work is carried out in a manner other than specified in the instructions or in a different sequence.
To avoid the possibility of short circuits while working with electric components consult your owner's manual on how to disconnect your battery.
Consult your vehicle owner's manual,service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for additional care, safety and maintenance instructions. Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur.
Once the vehicle has been raised from the ground, put vehicle in neutral, and then back into park to release the tension on the drivetrain.

2.Consult your vehicle owner's manual, service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for additional care, safety and maintenance instructions. Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur.
1.Set steering to straight ahead.
2.Raise vehicle.
3.Remove the applicable front wheel.
4.Open the hood.
5.Remove the rubber trim as depicted.
6.Disconnect the air line from the strut assembly.
7.Remove the three shock top mount nuts.
8.Remove the electrical wires from the wire routing harness.
9.Remove the wire routing harness from the strut body.
10.Loosen and remove the axle nut and seperate the axle from the wheel hub.
11.Remove the sway bar end link nut.
12.Remove the control arm nut and seperate the upper control arm from the spindle assembly.
13.Pull down on the lower control arm to seperate the sway bar end link from the lower control arm control arm.
14.Remove the bottom mounting bolt.
15.Remove the axle from the wheel hub.
16.Carefully remove the strut assembly.
17.Removal complete.
Installation Guideline
1.Install the shock into the vehicle.
2.Insert the axle into the wheel hub.
3.Install the bottom nut and bolt and tighten to manufacturer's specifications.
4.Reattach the sway bar end link to the control arm and reinstall the sway bar end link nut. tighten to manufacturer's specifications.
5.Reinstall the control arm nut.
6.Reattach the axle to the wheel hub and reinstall the axle nut.
7.Reattach the wire routing harness.
8.Reroute the electrical wires in the wire harness.
9.Install the three top shock mount nuts.
10.Reinstall the air line. see provided tsb.
11.Close the hood.
12.Reinstall the wiper cowl and seal.
13.Reinstall the wheel.
14.Installation complete.
