.To avoid the possibility of short circuits while working with electric components consult your owner's manual on how to disconnect your battery.
.Consult your vehicle owner's manual, service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for additional care, safety and maintenance instructions. Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur.

.Insert the plastic locking fingers of lower piston into lower suspension arm. Make sure they are locked in place. You need to visually verify that all of the four plastic fingers are correctly retained.
.Replace the tire and wheel assembly. Tighten wheel hub bolt nuts to manufacture's specifications. Remove all safety stands and lower vehicle.
.Partially lower the rear suspension. Do not lower to the bump stops.
