OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lower the giass window of the car door to the lowest position before using the RE80;
2. Release the valve of the bottle jack and adjust the support frame(#16) under the car door and maintain a small gap;
3. Adjust the top bar #1). leave a srall gap between the car door and the top bar;
4. Tighten the valve of the bottle jack and then operate , lifting the support frame ( #16) until it reaches the bottom of the car door ;
5. Lower the top bar ( #1), until it reaches the top of the car door then tighten the adj. knob(#5). Adjust position of the fixed rods (#4) ensuring the car door is securely between them and that it is vertical. Tighten the butterfly nuts;
6. Remove/ install the car door by operating the bottle jack.
